Thistle cottage was newly built in 2019. It contains two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite, while the second bedroom can be set up as a double or two singles with use of main bathroom. The main area consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The views from the front of the building look out over the Seilebost machair and it is only a 3 minute walk to one of the most popular beaches in Harris.

We are a dog friendly property for up to 2 (well-behaved) dogs and have on-site parking for 2 vehicles. Although if you do not wish to use your own vehicle, the local bus service can drop & collect directly outside of the cottage itself.

The property is located just 10 miles from Tarbert and Leverburgh, both of which have various places to visit or eat. Closer to hand is the Machair Kitchen Restaurant which is located only 3 miles North of the cottage. It opened in March 2017 and is operated from Talla na Mara Community Enterprise Centre by Hotel Hebrides.
